"Top Notch Service"
This was my first experience purchasing from this company, and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how they handled everything. From the first phone call I made to get some advice before I placed my order, to how quickly my package arrived. I ordered after the cutoff time, but somehow it still showed up the very next day. Fantastic!

"Appreciation for the quick resolution"
I really appreciate how you handled the replacement of the defective item without any hassle. The customer service was top-notch—quick, friendly, and efficient, which is hard to come by these days for regular shoppers. I was on the hunt for a decent, budget-friendly A3 writing slope/desktop. After sifting through the usual options on Amazon and passing them up, I stumbled upon Zieler. What a find! The Fineliner and Brush Pens showed up the very next day. They were packed nicely. The product seems to be of decent quality, but since it's a gift, I can't really comment on it.

"A Thought on a PEN-ny!"
Well, I gotta say! I was thinking about getting back into calligraphy and was on the hunt for a bargain. So, I made up my mind and placed an order, and guess what? The very next day, the items showed up right on time and in great condition. It really doesn't get any better than this.

"Ordered a portfolio and fine liner pens..."
I placed an order for a portfolio along with some fine liner pens. Even though I made the order after 4pm, it arrived the very next day! I'm really pleased with both items. It would be great if you could offer that same portfolio in A4 size.

"Top-notch service and quick problem-solving"
I was super impressed with the help I got from Kiren at Zieler after I received a faulty Calligraphy set that a friend gifted me. Kiren replied to my email quickly and with great courtesy, and then took care of the issue with impressive efficiency and kindness. I got a new set of working pens and cartridges, along with a bonus pack of Calligraphy paper. I'm really happy with the quality and level of service I received from Zieler.

"Ordered a second set"
I was really happy with the initial set of pens, so I decided to get the bigger deluxe kit too. These are the smoothest ones I've come across that don’t 'blotch'. For this price range, they’re definitely the best I've used.
